Deeya Energy’s Gen 1.5 ESP – Energy Storage Platform – leverages NASA’s breakthrough research on flow batteries and incorporates Deeya’s patented innovations to bring dramatic diesel cost reductions to mission-critical applications and facilitates dispatchable renewable resources.

Compelling economics
Rapid 3-hour charge and high energy capacity cuts typical diesel generator runtime by up to 12 hours per day, significantly reducing diesel fuel consumption and generator maintenance costs.

5 year warranty
The inherent abuse tolerance of the L-Cell technology eliminates adoption risk through Deeya’s 5-year warranty. This warranty is unmatched in the energy storage industry. The entire system is designed to minimize maintenance, eliminating virtually all service components.

Unlimited charge and discharge cycles
Deeya’s “Flow Cell” technology enables unlimited cycles over its entire service life. Unlike similar technologies, the Gen 1.5 ESP is capable of 100% discharge without any long-term impact to capacity or performance.

Outdoor system designed for extreme ambient temperatures
Engineered from the ground up for outdoor installation, the Gen 1.5 ESP system requires no active cooling at ambient conditions up to 50ºC. Welded construction and fireproof secondary containment protect the Gen 1.5 ESP system during transportation and from harsh field conditions.

Perfect complement to renewables
Rapid charge and deep discharge tolerance, along with high capacity complement renewable technology systems to facilitate 24-hour power availability. These include photovoltaic arrays, wind turbines and biofuel generators.

Installation
Each Gen 1.5 ESP System is fully integrated and factory tested prior to delivery. Site preparation is limited to the pouring of a reinforced concrete slab.

Autonomous control and operation
The Gen 1.5 ESP can also provide completely autonomous control of local generation assets when required, based on predicted EB, solar, or wind availability, ambient temperature, and state-of-charge.

An almost tenfold reduction in the charge time yields outstanding dispatch availability. Over a given day, the Gen 1.5 ESP can dispatch a significant amount of stored energy to considerably reduce GenSet engine hours, extend maintenance intervals and reduce diesel consumption. Redundant, electronically regulated output voltage ensures optimum reliability. Independent power and energy modules combine to meet customer-specific power requirements.

Monitoring and maintenance
Monitoring and maintenance go hand-in-hand with the Gen 1.5 ESP System’s built-in performance tracking system, which provides real-time data acquisition that constantly checks the pulse of the system. Operational data is retained, providing data mining opportunities to optimize the operational efficiencies of complete power systems
